perspectives promotion
Lots going on this week. Tomorrow is the opening of the art show at the BU Gallery to promote the Amazon Promise Belen Expedition and the documentary film that we're working on following them. Ann Campbell, our partner and founder of Perspectives International and Bracey were on News 12 this afternoon to promote the event.
Missed it? Darn. But you're in luck: it's been recorded, captured, encoded and uploaded for your viewing pleasure! Click one of the following links to view in your browser or right click "Save As..." to save to your hard drive:

And, in case you're wondering: yes, Bracey always looks that ridiculous.

When Bracey's behind the camera, magic happens. Put Bracey in front of the camera, and, well, something else happens.

Very nice work.
I also took a look at the "teaser" for the film -- it looks very interesting. Having just come back from South America, I can be sure you guys found it intellectually rewarding to witness this very different part of the world. (Honestly, I've never been anywhere nearly as remote -- my South American experience is limited to two visits to its richest area, namely Buenos Aires).
It's refreshing to see students who care so much about the problems of the poorest people of the world, and your film is bringing the problem of abject poverty into the spotlight. Great work, both technically and morally speaking.
p.s. You _are_ making a documentary aside from the "multimedia experience" described in this clip, right? Or is the "multimedia experience" the documentary?

Yes, a documentary is also being made.
